Dukan Diet, day one

Yesterday was my first day on the Dukan Diet. My starting weight was 182.5! The Dukan Diet calculator estimates that I need to do 5 days on "attack" phase, so yesterday was my first day on attack phase. I ate whatever I wanted from these food groups:

Morningstar Vegetarian sausage
Morningstar Italian sausage
Chobani yoghurts (20)
Sashimi from Whole Foods
Smoked Salmon
Egg Whites
Skim milk shake with a 2 tablespoons protein powder, 2 tablespoons oatbran, 5 icecubes

This morning I weighed 181 pounds. Not bad people, not bad!
